Terms of Service

Clear terms for our business relationship

Last updated: January 2024

1. Product Orders and Specifications

All orders are subject to written confirmation from Taishan CWP. Product specifications, load capacities, and dimensions are provided as technical guidelines based on standard testing conditions.

Custom specifications require written agreement and may involve additional lead times and costs.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to confirmation at time of order.

Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with balance due before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be available for established customers.

3. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery dates are estimates based on current production schedules. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point or pickup location.

4. Quality Standards and Warranties

All products are manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards. We warrant products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery date.

Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of defective products. Damage due to misuse, overloading, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery with photographic evidence.

5. Product Use and Limitations

Our pallets are designed for industrial and commercial use within specified load capacities. Users are responsible for ensuring proper application and handling.

We do not warrant suitability for any specific application unless explicitly agreed in writing. Customers should conduct their own testing for specific use cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific products involved. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Maximum total liability per incident shall not exceed the value of the products directly involved.

7. Export Compliance

For export orders, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all import regulations in the destination country.

We provide ISPM15 certification and other documentation as available, but cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific country's authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All technical documentation, designs, and specifications remain the property of Taishan CWP.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary manufacturing processes.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shandong Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with written notice. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date of the modification.
